My Bakewell tart

Zaželila sam se jednostavnog, prhkog i mekanog tijesta, s punjenjem iz čarobne šume i frangipane kremom od orašastih plodova punog okusa…idealno za popodnevni čaj ili kavu…uljepšat će svaki hladni dan 🙂

Za to Vam je potrebno

  • 100 gr maslaca
  • mrvicu soli, žlica šećera u prahu
  • 1 jaje
  • 250 gr brašna (oštrog najbolje)
  • 300 gr šumskog voća
  • 6 žlica džema od borovnica
  • 100 gr maslaca + 100 gr smeđeg šećera+2 žlice šećera u prahu
  • 130 gr mljevenog orašastog voća (oraha, lješnjaka, pecana, badema, indijskih oraščića)
  • 4 jaja, korica limuna
  • 4 žlice brašna

Zamijesite prhko tijesto od maslaca, jednog jajeta, malo soli i šećera. Zamotajte u foliju i pustite da odstoji bar 20ak minuta. Dok to čekate, izađite kao ja na kišu i slikajte malo sve što Vam se nalazi u dvorištu. Dobit ćete predivne fotke poput ove:

For this beatiful cake you will need:

100 g butter
a bit of salt, a tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 egg
250 g flour (sharp best)
300 g forest fruits
6 tablespoons blueberry jam
100 gr butter 100 gr + brown sugar + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
130 g of ground nuts (walnut, hazelnut, pecan, almond, cashew nuts)
4 eggs, lemon peel
4 tablespoons flour
Make a dough made of butter, one egg, salt and sugar. Wrap it in foil and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes. While you are waiting, you can go out into the rain as I did, and shoot a few photos of what you have found in the courtyard. You’ll get beautiful photos like these:

Nakon toga se možete vratiti u toplo i slijediti ostale korakeZamutite maslac sa šećerom i šećerom u prahu. U međuvremenu kratko popržite orašaste plodove, te ih sameljite.

Maslacu i šećeru dodajte polako jedno po jedno jaje. Zatim samljevene plodove, malo brašna i limunovu koricu. To je frangipane, mora biti relativno kremast. Šumsko voće lagano zagrijte u loncu skupa s džemom dok se on ne rastopi. Dodajte i sok naranče ako vam je pri ruci. Stavite u veliki plitki tanjur da se ohlade.

Pećnicu upalite na 160 do 180 (ja sam na 180, ali slaba mi je malo pećnica, pa pazite). Razvaljajte tijesto i stavite u kalup, malo probodite vilicom ili stavite grah na dno da vam se ne diže pri pečenju. Pecite desetak minuta i izvadite.

Heat the wild berries gently in the pot along with the jam until it is melted. Add the orange juice if you have. Put  itin a large shallow plate to cool.

Turn oven to 160 to 180 (I’m at 180, but I was a little weak wave, so be careful). Roll out the dough and put it in a mold, stab the dough with a fork or put beans on the bottom that you can not rise during baking. Bake for ten minutes and remove.

Then add the fruits, and the frangipane on top! Bake it another 25 minutes or until it turns golden brown. You can serve it either hot or cold, with ice cream or coffee and tea. Very classic, simple and delicious! Enjoy and let me know it you like it!

Stavite najprije šumsko voće, a zatim frangipane. Pecite još cca 25 minuta, dok se lijepo ne zazlati. Poslužiti možete toplo i hladno, uz kavu ili čaj, pa i uz sladoled ili kreme na bazi jogurta. Klasičan i izvrstan recept!
