Beetroot salad – tko se još boji cikle?

Početkom 20.stoljeća vitkost je postala simbol ljepote, koja je od tada doživjela brojne transformacije. Od dječačke ljepote dvadesetih, preko ponovnog procvata putenih ženstvenih oblina do heroin-chick izgleda s kraja prošlog stoljeća, kada je daleko važniji bio izgled ženskog tijela, nego što je to njegovo zdravlje. Dapače, biti zdrav i nije bilo osobito popularno. 21.stoljeće donijelo nam je obilje različitosti, ali i potpune zbunjenosti o tome što je zdravo, a što nije. Zavladao je jedan ponovni povratak zdravoj prehrani, zapravo, trendovski razgovor o zdravoj prehrani prepun novih pomodarskih pojmova kao što su chia sjemenke i konopljino ulje, naspram potpunog neznanja i nezainteresiranosti za ono što unosimo u vlastito tijelo poput štovanja McDonald’sa i raznih drugih lanaca prehrane koji plasiraju hranu diskutabilne jestivosti.  Ipak, mislim da se o hrani danas govori s mnogo više pažnje, a nažalost, i opsesije, nego ikada. Zaboravili smo ono osnovna i jednostavna pravilo, koje su nam izgovarale mame i bake još dok smo bili djeca – umjereno, raznoliko, domaće i sezonsko. Vjerujem da je to ključ zdravlja, a i vitke linije koju svi nekako teže postići posve pogrešnim načinom ishrane. Poznajem mnoštvo ljudi koji uvijek iznova započinju rigorozne dijete, koje zatim prekidaju jer se tijekom “dijete” odriču apsolutno svega što im čini zadovoljstvo. Tko god vam je rekao da tijekom dijete ne smijete ništa nezdravo pojesti, nema pojma o pravilnoj prehrani. Svaki puta kad krenete na rigoroznu dijetu to dovodi do toga da ju prebrzo prekinete ili, nakon što postignete željenu težinu, počnete kao sumanuti jesti ono što dotada niste. I onda ponovno idete na bezličnu dijetu. Cilj je izbjeći dijetu i zapravo posve preokrenuti način prehrane. Zavoljeti zdravu hranu. Kombinirati mnogo zdravih i hranjivih namirnica s malo “nezdravih” kao u ovo salati prštavih boja, s mnogo raznolikih vitamina, a vrlo malo kalorija. I da, neka vam zdravi tanjuri lijepo i izgledaju…jer, tko se ne bi razveslio pri pogledu na ružičastu hranu? 🙂salatacikla1

At the beginning of the 20th century thinness has become a symbol of beauty, which has since then undergone numerous transformations. There was one re-return of a healthy diet, in fact, trendy talk about a healthy diet full of new-fangled notions such as chia seeds and hemp oil, versus complete ignorance and lack of interest in what we introduce into our own body, such as worship of McDonald’s and various other food chain who qualify for food of questionable edibility. However, I think today talking with a lot of attention about food, but unfortunately, also obsessioning than ever. We forgot that basic and simple rule that we uttered mother and grandmother while we were children – moderate, diverse, local and seasonal. I believe this is the key to health and slender line that everyone somehow more difficult to achieve a completely wrong way of nutrition. I know lots of people who always start rigorous child, who then drop out because during the “diet” renounce absolutely everything that they love it. Whoever told you that during the diet you must not eat anything unhealthy, has no idea about proper nutrition. Every time you go on a rigorous diet that leads to it too fast interrupt or after achieving desired weight, you start again eating like crazy. And then again you go to the tasteless diet. The aim is to avoid a diet and actually completely reverse your diet as a new lifestyle. Combine a lot of healthy with the little “unhealthy”. As an example this my plate full of sparkling color, various vitamins and very low in calories. This salad can be lunch, addition to a meal or dinner. Za glavnog protagonista ove salate odlučila sam odabrati ciklu. Povrće koje je iznimno zdravo, blagotvorno djeluje na krvotok, živce, jetru, mozak, želudac, crijeva i žuč, puna je vitamina i kalcija, a koje se u medicini se koristi u suzbijanju čak i teških bolesti poput leukemije i raka. Lijepog je izgleda i mirisa, ali ju, jadnu, skoro nitko ne voli. Eventualno ukiseljenu. Međutim, upravo stoga sam odlučila pokazati kako u tijelo unijeti sve te divne blagodati za tijelo, a da vam to bude i fino. SASTOJCI:

1 cikla (lijepa, veća)

2 mrkve (male)

1 ljubičasti luk / 1 mladi luk

1 paprika

1-2 stapka celera

1 kisela zelena jabuka

radić, rikola ili salata po izboru

Sve ove sastojke (osim salate) sitno nasjeckajte, ciklu i mrkvu naribajte.

Umak:

1 žlica senfa

3 žlica aceta balsamica, limun

2 žlice majoneze

6 žlica jogurta

sol, papar, harisa

I još:

jaja, skuta, panceta, šparoge, preprečeni integralni tost

Vegetables which is very healthy, has a beneficial effect on blood circulation, nerves, liver, brain, stomach, intestine and bile, is full of vitamins and calcium, but also in medicine for use in the suppression of even serious diseases such as leukemia and cancer. beetroot has found its role and in this the exquisite salad. Well, let’s start:

1 beetroot (beautiful, more)

2 carrots (small)

1 purple onion / 1 onion

1 pepper

1-2 rate celery

1 sour green apple

radicchio, arugula or lettuce of your choice

All the ingredients (except lettuce), finely chopped, beetroot and grate the carrot.

Sauce:

1 tablespoon mustard

3 tablespoon aceto balsamico, lemon

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 cup of yogurt

maslinovo ulje

salt, pepper, Harisa

And yet:

eggs, cottage cheese, bacon, integral toast

U posudi pomiješajte sve sastojke za umak, svakako probajte i prilagodite svojem ukusu. Jabuka je tu kako bi neutralizirala zemljani okus cikle i dala salati slatkoću i svježinu. Ako nemate aceto baslamico možete koristiti samo limun ili ocat po želji, ali je činjenica da se cikla jako voli upravo s acetom. Harisu, naravno, nemojte dodavati ako ne volite ljuto. Jaja skuhajte, pancetu prepržite, možete tome dodati i šparoge ili bilo koje sezonsko povrće. Poslužiti se može sama salata, ili uz prepečeni tost i piletinu. Za što god se odlučili, ukoliko pogodite s umakom i koristite dobre i svježe sastojke, nećete biti razočarani. 🙂


In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce, be sure to try and adjust to your taste. Apple is there to neutralize the earthy flavor of beets and lettuce give sweetness and freshness. If you do not have balsamic baslamico can use only lemon or other acid, or the fact that the cycle really like just with balsamic. Haris course do not add if you do not like spicy.
