Pašta sa salsom/Red sauce pasta

Ovo je jednostavan recept za jedne od onih dana kada ste preumorni, nemate vremena, tek ste izgladnjeli stigli s posla, s faksa, ili iz besmislene borbe s birkracijom i papirologijom…Možda se ne osjećate dobro, bolesni ste ili pod prevelikim stresom. Predlažem jedan brzi jednostavni, a opet fini recept koji će vam oduzeti 20-ak minuta i izbjeći unošenje nepotrebnih masnoća i kojekakvih kemikalija koje se u današnje vrijeme nalaze…pa, svugdje. Tako da, vrijeme radije utrošite na, primjerice, jogu (savršen način za opuštanje i ponovno preuzimanje kontrole) ili igranje s psom ili druženje s partnerom. Moj Kseno (naziv se uvriježio nakon izlaska My Big fat Greek Wedding 2 na filmsko tržište 😀 A i uslijedit će uskoro My Big Fat Bosnian Barbeque 2) strašno voli paštu sa salsom/šalsom/crvenim umakom, kako god da vi zovete inačicu ovog talijanskog klasika, kao što više voli kad provodim vrijeme s njim, a ne za štednjakom. I ne, pašta ne deblja. Osobito ako ju ne jedete s proteinima, a super je ako je uz to i integralna.


This is an easy recipe for one of those days when you’re too tired, you do not have time, you just starving arrived home from work, the uni, or maybe you do not feel well, you’re sick or too stressed. I suggest a quick simple, yet fine recipe that will take about 20 minutes and avoid the introduction of unnecessary fat and all kinds of chemicals that are in the present time are … well, everywhere. My Xeno (the nickname became funny and is used since  the release of My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 at the film market: YES and will follow shortly My Big Fat Bosnian Barbeque 2), he really likes pasta with salsa / salsa / red sauce, whatever you call it version of the Italian classic, as he does when I spend time with him, and not so much in the kitchen when we are both home. And no, pasta is not fattening. Especially if they do not eat the protein, and it’s great if the addition and integral.

Sastojci/Ingredients (for 2 pax):

1 luk

4 režnja češnjaka

3 klinčića drobljena

2 sušene rajčice

1 dcl vina

1 lovorov list

250 gr pasirane rajčice

1 žlica pirea od rajčice

sol, papar, čili, muscovado (ili obični) šećer


1 onion

4 cloves garlic

3 cloves crushed

2 dried tomatoes

1 oz of wine

1 bay leaf

250 gr tomato paste

1 tablespoon tomato puree

salt, pepper, chili, muscovado (or ordinary) Sugar

Oh da, i naravno, pašta. Ja koristim integralnu najčešće.

And, od course, pasta. best, integral.

Na malo ulja popržite na polumjesece narezani luk i češnjak. Dodajte sve začine i sušene rajčice nasjeckane na sitno. Kad se zazlati, dodajte vino. Kad vino ispari, dodajte pasiranu rajčicu i pire. Sa strane skuhajte paštu u slanoj vodi. Ocijedite i prelijte s malo maslinovog ulja.

Za posluživanje paštu požete posuti parmezanom. Ja ipak više volim natrgati skutu i pobacati domaće masline po vrhu. Ukrasiti eventualno još s malo svježeg bosiljka. Priznajte, brzo je, a vrlo vrlo fino! Daleko bolje od običnog sendviča. Dodajte tome i malo vrtne salate s limunom i maslinovim uljem i imate zgodnu laganu talijansku večeru! Dobar tek!


For a little oil fry the crescents cut onion and garlic. Add all the spices and dried tomatoes chopped small. When it gets golden, add the wine. When the wine has evaporated, add the tomato puree and mashed. On the side, cook pasta in salted water. Drain and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Serving pasta harvested sprinkle parmesan cheese. I still prefer natrgati skirt and throw homemade olives over the top. Garnish possibly even with some fresh basil. Admit it, it’s fast and very very fine! Far more than just sandwiches. Add to that a little garden salad with lemon and olive oil and you have a pretty easy Italian dinner!Good apetite!

Extra tip:

Ako vam se ne sviđaju egzotični začini, uvijek ih možete izbaciti i raditi jednostavniju verziju. Ja volim slatko ljute kombinacije kličića i šećera. ali možete se držati i čiste klasike s lovorom i vinom.

If you do not like exotic spices, you can always throw out and do the simple version. I love the sweet spicy combination clove and sugar. but can be kept clean and classic with bay leaf and wine.
