The Perfect Tiramisu!

Kremast, hladan, osvježavajuć i podatno sladak istovremeno! 😉

Creamy, cold, refreshing sweet and supple at the same time! This recipe before I already wrote a lot of time on kulki, often it ready, but I’m always amazed … now I’ve made new photos, so I figured it was time to share with you this recipe without errors. It is important to work with patience and a good whisk cream. The rest comes by itself!”Get me up,” I’ve heard in one of Jamies episodes is the meaning of this dessert … and indeed it get’s you up … magic, supple cream of mascarpone, this magical Italian cheese with a hint of orange, and soft lining of coffee-soaked lady fingers … between hiding and mischievous traces Nutella, and if you’re not particularly in the mood, add the cognac and jet to emphasize the flavor of this beautiful, romantic dessert! Ideal for all occasions, and especially that we could cheer you up in the cold February for Valentine’s Day! If you are celebrating, hire and precious in the kitchen, and if you’re solo, a nice treat with him and fall in love with themselves! 😉

Odvojite žumanjak i bjelanjak. U bjelanjak ćete staviti obični šećer, a u žumanjak šećer u prahu i koricu naranče. Žumanjak tučete polako na pari, i dodate mu i gustin, prestanite tući kad postane lijepo gust i prozračan. Bjelanjak istucite u čvrsti snijeg. Dodajte mu i malo soli, a možete i pojačati količinu šećera ako volite slađe.

To start, cook  fine coffee , I’m doing the right old school – Bosnian 🙂 Pour into the pan aside to cool faster.

Separate the yolk and egg white. The egg will put ordinary sugar and egg yolk in the powdered sugar and orange zest. Yolk beating slowly steamed, and add him and cornstarch, stop fighting when it becomes a nice thick and translucent. Egg beat until stiff. Add it and a little salt, and you can boost the amount of sugar if you like sweeter.

A little stir with a whisk mascarpone. When the egg has cooled, add it slowly mascarpone. Slowly add in the end, little by little, and egg white, and ultimately beat the cream and add it to the mixture.

Put one row of biscuits, then cream, then again biscutis and then cream on the top, the whole line, which you have previously soaked in coffee, sprinkle with a little brandy, if you want, and then sprinkle a little randomly with little Nutella, as in lines crosswise … or, if desired 🙂 Put red cream , then repeat once more. Sprinkle with cocoa punoooo and decorate with chocolate … This may be the common recipe that you can work with costly if you’re doing for Valentine’s Day … or any other day … I am my beloved recruited to agree cookies, and even the cream umutio 🙂

Serve well chilled (at least two hours in the fridge!). Enjoy this wonderful treat!
