Cezarova salata

Volim ljeto! Sunce se užareno kofrči iznad nas, debeljuškasti oblaci razigrano lete nebom, dječja igra se čuje sve do kasno navečer, pločnici su vreli, glasni i šareni, dan miriši na sol i mlijeko za sunčanje, a večeri na slatko vino, osmijehe i ružmarin.

Ljeti nam se ne kuha, vrijeme je rezervirano za kupanje i sunčanje, pa su salate idealan način kako se fino hraniti, a ne provoditi previše vremena za štednjakom. Uz to, strašno su zdrave i imaju malo kalorija! I da, fine su! Moje salate zaista su fine! A kao što sam već pisala na dugo i široko o tome kako se odričemo previše toga kada želimo jesti zdravo, dovodi nas zapravo do stava kako je zdrava hrana bljutava, nedorečena i bezvezna, i onda se ponovno kao sumanuti prežderavamo kao da nikada nismo jeli, što je posve pogrešno. Kod hrane, potrebno je samo pronaći balans – puno zdravoga + malo nezdravoga. Takav način prehrane vodi vas do zdravog i, ako hoćete, vitkog tijela. To što se približava kraj ljeta, ne mora značiti baš ništa, ovu salatu možete pripraviti bilo kada, tek povrće zamijenite sezonskim i to je to! Ova salata jedna je od mojih najdražih, zapravo, mogla bi se nazvati i pravim zdravim fast foodom. Hranjiva je, puna vitamina, šarena i zaista jednako ukusna kao bilo koji burger. To su potvrdili i moj dragi i moja seka, a oboje su pravi burgeroljupci, a na heljdu na tanjuru gledaju kao da je živa.

That is approaching the end of summer does not mean anything, this salad can be prepared at any time, just replace the seasonal vegetables and that’s it! This salad is one of my favorites, in fact, could be called a real healthy fast food. It is nutritious, full of vitamins, colorful and really as tasty as any burger. This was confirmed by my beloved and my sister, and both are real burgeroljupci, and the buckwheat on the plate look like it was alive.

Ono što je neizostavno kod salate su mladi luk ili ljubičasti luk, paprika i piletina, a zatim dodajete ostalo povrće i lisnate salate po želji. Hoćete li dodati integralni tost ili nećete ovisi o vama, ja ponekada stavim tost preprečen na maslinovom ulju i premazan češnjakom, a ponekada razmrvim zdrave rižine kekse. Dakle, krenimo:

SASTOJCI:

2 mlada luka ili jedan ljubičasti luk

1 crvena paprika

pileća prsa

sumak, sol, češnjak u prahu

radić, rikola, mlada zelena salata

povrće – rajčice, narendana mrkva,…po želji

2 integralna tosta i skuta ili mozzarella

Umak – 1 dcl jogurta, pola cijeđenog limuna, 4 žlice maslinovog ulja, žlica majoneze, malo soli i čilija, sjeckani vlasac ili drugo začinsko bilje po želji

Pileća prsa narežite na sitne komadiće ili na trake…uvaljajte u sol i puno sumaka i češnjaka u prahu. Sumak zaista čini veliku razliku. S obzirom da ima tu limunastu notu daje jedan poseban osvježavajući okus cijeloj salati. Na maslinovom ulju na laganoj vatri pecite meso kratko, manje od osam minuta, prerežite komadić na pol ako niste sigurni. Meso bi trebalo ostati vrlo sočno, ali mora biti pečeno.

Na vrlo vrlo sitno nasjeckajte luk i papriku i stavite u zdjelu. Očistite i na sitno narežite i rajčice ili povrće po želji i ubacite u zdjelu. U nju stavite i piletinu. U istoj tavi popecite na sitne kockice narezan integralni tost te i njega dodajte u zdjelu. Sve dobro promiješajte. Napravite umak od navedenih sastojaka. Kušajte ga kako bi provjerili nedostaje li nešto. Opranu salatu – ja najviše volim vrtni radić ili rikolu, ono što nađem u vrtu, ali stavite koju god salatu želite, isto tako u zdjelu. Prelijte sve umakom i dodajte još maslinovog ulja ili soli po želji. Nemojte se zgražati nad majonezom u salati, neće vam ništa biti od jedne žlice na cijelu zdjelu. Uživajte sami, s prijateljima, za ručak ili večeru ili ponesie na posao….salata za sve prilike!

Sauce – 1 oz of yogurt, half a squeezed lemon, 4 tablespoons olive oil, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt and chilli, chopped chives or other herbs to taste

Chicken breasts cut into small pieces or strips … roll in salt and lots Šumak and garlic powder. Sumak really makes a big difference. Given that there has citrus note a distinctive refreshing taste throughout the salad. In the olive oil over low heat cook meat briefly, less than eight minutes, cut the piece in half if you are not sure. Meat should remain very juicy, but it must be baked.

At the very very finely chop the onion and pepper and place in a bowl. Clean and finely chop the tomatoes or vegetables to taste and place in a bowl. In it put the chicken. In the same pan, fry the small cubes sliced toast and integral and add it to the bowl. Mix well. Make a sauce of such component. Taste it to check for missing something. Washed salad – I prefer garden radicchio or arugula, what you find in the garden, or put whatever salad you want, just as in a bowl. Pour all the sauce and add more olive oil and salt to taste. Do not be offended of mayonnaise in the salad, you will not be of one tablespoon of the entire bowl. Enjoy yourself with friends for lunch or dinner or ponesie to work …. salads for all occasions!
